In February, we outlined the next phase in the development of our growth strategy for handl Group. We’re moving to a new divisional structure, with new divisional MDs and teams in place to support our brands and create new opportunities for success.

The first of those divisions is Expert Witness and Assessment Services. Bringing together six market-leading brands, each with its own specific area of expertise, this new division will be empowering some of our longest established and most well-known companies to seize new opportunities and reach whole new audiences.

What does the Expert Witness and Assessment Services division do?

As the name suggests, each company making up our Expert Witness and Assessment Services division supports companies and organisations in different areas of the legal sector to source reliable expert witness reports to support their work, or specialist assessments to help them determine the correct course of action.

Trusted by legal firms, solicitors, courts and local authorities, our EW division brands bring nationwide networks of leading experts together to help their customers find the evidence and support they need to successfully make a case, protect a family, or make sure they’re awarded the correct compensation.

Who’s leading the Expert Witness and Assessment division?

The Expert Witness and Assessment Services division will be headed up by new divisional MD Sue Henry. A familiar name across the group, Sue has worked with Speed Medical and the other brands within the division for over 20 years.

With a focus on collaboration and friendly competition, Sue will be aiming to create “a joined-up division that still has room for singular identities.”

Each individual brand will be headed up by their own leadership teams, with autonomy to develop and grow their businesses as part of a stronger division.

Which brands will be part of it?

The Expert Witness and Assessment Services will initially consist of six leading brands from within the handl Group, although we’re always on the lookout to invest in new businesses that meet our criteria. The initial line up will be:
